Arden Engineering Constructors was recently named as of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island by Providence Business News and Best Companies Group.
A survey and awards program were designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Rhode Island, benefiting the economy, workforce, and businesses in the state of Rhode Island. The list is made up of sixty-seven companies.
For participation consideration, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity.
- Be a publicly or privately held business.
- Have a facility in the state of Rhode Island.
- Have a minimum of fifteen employees working in the state of Rhode Island.
- Must be in business a minimum of one year.
Companies from Rhode Island entered the two-part survey process to determine the 2024 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
The final rankings will be revealed at an in-person event on June 6th at the Crowne Plaza and published by PBN on June 7.
