Timothy Elliott
Professional Engineer
Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED accredited with over 30 years of experience in the Engineering and Design of HVAC systems. His background includes work on retrofit projects as well as ground-up construction within multiple commercial markets, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, utility, institutional, and educational.
Tim leads Arden Building Companies’ engineering division in developing mechanical system designs utilizing a design/build, design-assist, IPD, or plan/spec approach. His unique career experience gives him an exceptional understanding of the industry, having spent time in the engineering field, working with our construction group, and assisting our service department. His hands-on computer experience with ACAD, Autodesk Revit, and BIM, 3D modeling enables him to be more involved with the design and engineering of projects at every level to ensure a quality product for the client.

Mathew Basile
Professional Engineer
Mathew started working at Arden Engineering Constructors over seven years ago as an Intern at Western New England University. After graduation, he joined Arden Engineering as an HVAC Design Engineer. Since then, he has become a vital component of the mechanical engineering department. This past winter,2022, Mathew passed his Professional Engineering Examination and obtained licensure in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He also has received the title of Principal Engineer I from Arden Engineering.
In his role at Arden, Mathew develops mechanical systems using a design-build, design-assist, IPD, or plan-spec approach. His portfolio includes retrofit and new construction projects for various building sectors, including academic, lab & research, manufacturing, industrial, food service, and housing.
Mathew’s background and hands-on experience in building system coordination and fabrication have given him a deeper understanding of the construction process. This foundation enables him to work with Arden’s team in Autodesk Revit & Navisworks to design and model building solutions in 3D while ensuring the construction process is practical and streamlined.
