Tidewater Stadium is a new construction project for a multi-use stadium that will accommodate 11,000 seats. It will serve as the home field facility for the Rhode Island FC, planning its inaugural season as a United Soccer League (USL) Championship Expansion Team. The stadium will include restaurants, retail space, and public plazas to enhance the fan and visitor experience.

Arden is working with Dimeo Construction Company on two scopes – HVAC, which will start in the Spring of 2024, and Electrical, which is underway. Underground manhole and conduit infrastructures are being installed to support all electrical for the stadium’s power and low-voltage systems.
