John Puniello, President, Arden Engineering Constructors
The Construction Management Professional Advisory Board recognizes John for his remarkable service, support, and dedication to the Roger Williams University Construction Management Program and his invaluable contribution to the Construction Industry.

John Puniello began his career over 28 years ago when he started at Arden Engineering Constructors as a project engineer and tirelessly worked his way up to his current role as company President. Throughout those years, John has played an integral role in growing the company. Currently, John oversees day-to-day operations (internally and in the field), supports Arden’s Construction Division (project management for mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and building automation), supervises procurement, bidding, and estimating processes for construction, and supports Arden’s Service & Maintenance and Traffic Divisions. By implementing tools critical to identifying and targeting projects, Arden can secure fast-track, high-profile, and complex projects while maintaining budgets.

John received a Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University (RWU).
He has been heavily involved with training the next generation of project managers, whether it’s guest lecturing at RWU or teaching at the Mechanical Contractors Association of America’s (MCAA) Institute for Project Management at the University of Texas at Austin. He is also equally engaged in ensuring a strong field workforce for the future with his involvement on the Local 51 Plumber and Pipefitters JATC (Apprenticeship Committee), where he serves as Co-Chair/Trustee. John also currently serves on RWU’s President’s Board of Advisors and is a Board Member of the MCAA PMEC.
