The new construction of the Dennis Yarmouth Middle School is nearing completion. Arden Engineering Constructors’ mechanical piping and Unique Metal Works ductwork have been installed and insulated. Rooftop units have been started up and are now running full-time in two of the four classroom buildings. The final steps to full completion will be to install the remaining radiant panels and radiant wall units, and then test and balance for proper temperature and airflow of the school’s HVAC systems. Students are expected to begin classes in January.
