One corridor-courtyard at Dennis-Yarmouth Middle School

Arden Engineering Constructors and Unique Metal Works continue their work at the new Cape Cod school. The building is separated into four parts – Buildings A, B, C, and D. Two corridors and courtyards (photos-left) separate the buildings (drawing-below).

Building A includes music areas, an auditorium, and a stage.

Building B holds staff offices, art areas, and a gymnasium.

Buildings C & D contain various classrooms.

Arden Engineering has installed hot and chilled water piping that runs to control valves that feed radiant panels in the classrooms.

Unique’s fabricated ductwork being installed will provide supply and return air. Oval ductwork will be exposed and painted black to give an architectural look in some areas like the gymnasium and media room.
