Arden Engineering Constructors is pleased to announce their recent award of the mechanical / HVAC contract for the new Attleboro High School in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The new four-story, 475,000 sq-ft building will accommodate 1,725 students in grades 9 through 12, providing both academic and vocational technical education spaces along with a cafeteria, gymnasium, and auditorium. The project, which is now underway, is being built just 30-feet away from the existing 50 year old high school. Occupancy of the new school is scheduled for the Fall of 2022.

Arden Engineering’s work includes the installation of boilers, chillers, VRF systems, air handlers, makeup air units as well as other associated mechanical equipment.Unique Metal Works, Arden’s sister company, will provide and install over 600,000 lbs of ductwork including VAV’s, exhaust fans and vehicle exhaust systems for the new automotive shop.

Arden Engineering will provide the building automation and temperature controls for the project, integrating scheduling and control of the electrical, domestic water, standby power and lighting systems through a web-based graphical digital control system.
