Project Overview

Every inch of this 60-year old greyhound track facility was upgraded or completely redesigned to create a world class entertainment and gaming destination. Arden’s scope impacted all trades which were working concurrently to meet the project’s demanding timetable. The team installed the new 40,000-square-foot Central Utility Building housing a new boiler and chiller plant to service the 250,000-square-foot facility, and also remodeled and installed all duct work for the 40,000-square-foot existing gaming area and the 150,000-square-foot new gaming addition.

Extensive onsite fabrication ensured the highest quality standards and allowed for just-in-time deliveries of materials. This approach facilitated coordination among trades and saved the project money and time.
