Project Overview

The Amgen BioNext Project introduced a large-scale manufacturing facility for human therapeutics production, including upstream and downstream processing, to the company’s West Greenwich, RI campus. It encompasses production and production support buildings, a stand alone central utility building, and new cGMP warehouse. Upon completion, this new facility would provide production capabilities to supply product to thousands of patients worldwide.

Value Delivered

Arden exceeded demanding deadlines by prefabricating all piping for the project offsite. Teams worked extended hours during the installation and commissioning phases of work to shave additional time off the schedule. Due Minimal Disruption to Operating 24/7 in part to these efforts, the project was completed nearly 3-months ahead of target.
