The mechanical infrastructure installed by MJ Daly called for a high-performance cooling system with multiple redundancies. The project included multiple rooftop condensing units, working with CRAC units, providing high-density cooling in the data areas.
To safeguard Pharco-Aaper’s Brookfield, CT plant, and its occupants, in the event of a fire, MJ Daly installed a state-of-the-art foam fire suppression system.

Arden managed the installation of an onsite cogeneration plant featuring a 7.5 megawatt gas turbine generator for PSEG Energy to sell electricity and steam to Toray Plastics in North Kingstown, RI.
Arden installed over 12,000 solar modules to produce 3.7 mega-watts of DC electricity in the completion of a high voltage distribution solar farm over a now closed landfill.

When FirstLight Power needed to upgrade the aging fire alarm system at their 96 megawatt gas-fired power plant in Waterbury, CT, MJ Daly suggested the Fike CyberCat 254 Intelligent Fire Alarm Control System.
